Belwo are few characteristics, events, and sites we think make our community great! We love our Albany, NY community and we hope you do too!
Albany has been a great place to live and work since the beginning of the town in 1686. Governor Thomas Dongan granted a charter recognizing Albany as a city while also making Pieter Schuyler the first mayor. With the Hudson River being so close center city Albany was in prime location to bring people from all around. Right in downtown Albany we have access to history beginning in the 1600’s and we continue to make history today as the state capital of New York. On our days off we love to frequent the New York State Museum, take a stroll through the Corning Preserve along the Hudson River, or observe Albany from above via the Corning Tower. Albany is perfectly located if we’re looking for a short day trip. We’re just a short drive from New York City, Boston, and, if nature is more your thing, the Adirondack High Peaks.
Albany comes to life during the summer months with festivals and nightly concerts across the city. If the weather is cold, try one of the many ski/snowboard destinations in the area or the ice rink at Empire State Plaza. With events like the Albany Tulip festival and Dad Fest in June, Albany, NY is proud of its community members. Albany Super Storage is your one stop shop for all your moving and packing needs. When you need extra storage at home or in the office we have the space to help. As a local business in Albany, New York we enjoy being part of a community of caring members.
