GIVING BACK TO YOUR ALBANY NY NEIGHBORHOOD
It’s that time off year when we start shopping for others and warm our hearts by giving back to those in need. The holidays are time to celebrate with our family and friends. As we sit around the kitchen table feasting on delicious goodies, man’s best friend or love-able pet is normally pretty close. Many pets who don’t have a loving home or a table to beg under are struggling this time of year. The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society is striving to protect animals in need and give them a good Christmas. Albany Super Storage is ready to give back this year and we need your help to achieve our goals.
The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society has been helping lost and abused pets since 1887. This nonprofit organization functions on donations and charity events. Through education, fundraisers and special events the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society educates our community on the ways we can help. They provide a specific wish list of items that will best help those lost animals. The Human Society stands together on six specific values, compassion, educational opportunities, respect, appreciation, organization and accountability. With these strong values in mind the Humane Society is able to help all animals that come to their door step.Albany Super Storage is giving back to our community and teamed up with the Humane Society. Since our tenants are the kindest people we know we are asking you to bring cans a wet dog and cat food. Go online to the Human Society wish list and see what other ways you can help.Albany Super Storage is a part of a community that is dedicated to assisting each other. Drop off your donations until December 19th so, we can reach our goal to help a business in need. When you’re out an about this holiday season don’t forget to pick up some items to help our charity initiative. Let’s give those lost pets a safe welcoming place to find shelter.
